Program Name
HBR Colorado Real Estate SMS Program, operated by HBR Colorado, a service of Tactical Investing Inc.
Program Description
HBR Colorado uses SMS text messaging to communicate with current and prospective sellers, buyers, and business contacts about real estate transactions in Colorado. Messages may include:
- Cash offers and follow-ups on property inquiries
- Requests for property information
- Appointment confirmations and scheduling
- Account- or transaction-related notifications
- Customer-care responses
You will only receive text messages from HBR Colorado if you have given prior express consent — for example, by submitting a web form, replying to a previous text with an opt-in keyword, or providing your number during a phone conversation in which you agreed to be contacted by text. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive periodic transactional messages and up to several marketing messages per month. We do not send recurring automated promotional blasts.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received, in accordance with the rate plan you have with your wireless carrier. HBR Colorado is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
How to Get Help — Reply HELP

How to Opt Out — Reply STOP
You can cancel SMS messages from HBR Colorado at any time. Simply reply to any of our messages with the keyword STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and you will not receive further SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again the same way you did originally.

Carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, Alltel, Cincinnati Bell, and others are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to receive text messages from HBR Colorado. By providing your number, you represent that you are the subscriber to that number or that you have the authority of the subscriber to provide consent.
Privacy & Mobile Information
We respect your privacy. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or any mobile-information data — including phone numbers and opt-in/consent records — with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected through our SMS program is used only as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your continued participation in the SMS program after we post changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
